- Proven experience in a coordination role within customer service, after-sales support, or technical service environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers, technicians, and team members.

**What We Offer:**
- $50,000 - $60,000 per annum salary (dependent on experience).
