At Think Specialist Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our dynamic team. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Human Resources department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including the preparation and filing of documents, and the maintenance of our HRIS system.
  • Assisting with recruitment, including the coordination of interviews and the maintenance of our online training platforms.
  • Managing HR generic mailboxes and distributing emails to the relevant team members for action.
  • Pro-actively creating and distributing monthly communications to employees.
  • Providing excellent customer service to employees and external contacts.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in HR or a desire to start a career in HR.
  • Previous administration experience within a busy office.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Competent with all aspects of Microsoft Office.
