We are recruiting for a Corporate Senior Administrator to join our team in St Albans. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our advisors and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinating meetings and events, including travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent administrative skills, with attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
