Intralogistics Business Leader

Ambitious leaders are sought for a challenging role at Lord Search & Selection, where they will drive the strategic direction and performance of a £40m+ business unit specialising in post, parcel, and e-commerce solutions. This high-profile position focuses on maximising revenue, profitability, and market presence through sales leadership, business growth, and customer-centric engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and execute business strategies to drive top-line growth through consultative selling and long-term client relationships.
* Lead the sales team to target high-value customers in 3PL, postal, and e-commerce logistics markets, personally mentoring and guiding them to achieve success.
* Identify opportunities to develop innovative solutions that address market needs and outperform competitors, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
* Foster strong partnerships with key customers, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that enhance their operational performance and satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Strong track record of success in high-value sales leadership within 3PL, intralogistics, or capital equipment industries.
* Proven ability to align business objectives with market opportunities, creating and executing sales-driven strategies that deliver results.
* Excellent leadership skills to inspire and drive cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals, driving collaboration and synergy across departments.
* Deep industry knowledge to understand parcel, postal, and e-commerce logistics and translate technical solutions into tangible customer benefits.
