Customer Service Administrator Job Description

**Job Summary:**

Pertemps Bond is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Services Team, you will play a vital role in reducing failed appointments by contacting customers via various channels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Contact customers via text, telephone call, and email to confirm appointments
* Utilize attention to detail and ability to work quickly under pressure to meet targets
* Maintain accurate records and data entry
* Develop strong communication skills, both verbal and written

**Requirements:**

* Good administration skills
* Attention to detail
* Data entry experience
* Excellent customer service skills
* Comfortable and confident speaking to customers over the phone
* Good written communication
* Ability to work as part of a team

**Working Conditions:**

* Office-based position at Tolvaddon Office
* 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

**Salary:**

* £13.49 per hour
