Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our operational teams, including managing and completing administrative and support functions.
- Referral Management: Receive and process all referrals to our contract, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality processes for use on our services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Data Management: Collect, collate, and disseminate management information for use in the delivery of our services, including producing high-level analyses and reports.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Host key stakeholders visits or events, ensuring facilities, agenda, and arrangements are well-organized and communicated to relevant parties.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings, taking minutes and disseminating them in a timely manner to the team.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct evidence-based quality checks, review IPS Fidelity Reports, and formulate a continuous improvement plan for each delivery team.
- Training and Development: Support all delivery teams to maximize performance by using CRM and MI systems effectively through training, MI analysis, and feedback.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience of supporting people to obtain or keep work.
- IT Skills: Excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software and previous experience of working with databases.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including understanding of data protection and information security.
