Front Desk Coordinator

Pertemps TM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relief Receptionist to provide vital support across multiple busy Head Offices and Business Centres across London.
Key Responsibilities:
- First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for all building entrants, including customers, prospective clients, agents, visitors, and contractors.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver consistently high-quality customer service, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and efficient reception experience for all.
- Reception Area Management: Maintain the housekeeping and presentation of the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and professional.
- Communication and Administration: Answer and transfer incoming calls, take messages as needed, and manage meeting room schedules and conference room reservations.
- Logistics and Supplies: Arrange hospitality and catering for internal meetings and events, and handle ordering supplies and general administrative tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in Reception / Front of House roles, preferably in a commercial property company.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, both face-to-face and telephonic, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with PC and MS Office packages, with a strong ability to learn new systems and software.
- Travel and Flexibility: Happy to travel to different sites across London to provide much-needed support and cover.
