The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Night Receptionist to join our dynamic front office team. As a Night Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process payments, handle guest complaints, and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
