About the Role
As an HR Business Partner at EA First Ltd, you will play a key role in driving HR transformation and supporting the business in achieving its goals. Your primary focus will be on transitioning from paper-based to automated HR systems, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for all stakeholders.

You will work closely with management to develop and implement HR policies and processes, providing expert advice on employee relations matters. Additionally, you will drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with business growth and employee engagement, leveraging your knowledge of digital transformation to create a positive employee experience.

Key skills required for this role include significant HR experience, particularly in digital transformation, strong background in employee relations, and proficiency in policy management and process improvement. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with a strategic mindset, are essential for success in this position.

We offer a competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values innovation and growth.
