Central London-based construction engineering business seeks an IT Systems Manager to lead digital transformation efforts. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of Snowflake Data Warehouse, managing vendor relationships and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

As a key member of the technical team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving efficiencies through technology modernization. With a strong focus on supplier management, you'll develop processes that bridge the gap between the business's technology stack and operational needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the Snowflake Data Warehouse implementation, collaborating closely with relevant teams and suppliers.
  • Manage a small team (circa 4) to achieve set objectives.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and establish robust supplier management procedures.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective execution of all requirements.
  • Oversight and management of additional system environments, including SharePoint and COINS.
  • Support the transition to Workday as the new HR system, working collaboratively with HR and IT teams.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing Snowflake Data Warehouse implementations is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint environments and CRM systems, particularly COINS, is advantageous.
  • Strong business analysis skills, with experience gathering and refining requirements from stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and foster a collaborative culture.
