Job Title: Service Desk Coordinator

We are currently working with a Fire & Security Company based in Southport who are looking to add to its friendly team.

The successful candidate will work with a small friendly team in a busy office providing admin support in a full time permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling Diaries and Customer Service
  • Scheduling jobs for the Engineers
  • Answering Calls dealing with emails
  • Entering data on Company databases
  • Assisting with general office tasks

Requirements:

  • Competent with Microsoft Office suite
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good time management
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Previous experience of scheduling would be an advantage

Estimated Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum.
