Part-time Administrative Support

We are recruiting a highly organized and motivated Part-time Administrative Support professional to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing administrative support to a multi-disciplinary team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for telephone enquiries, welcoming visitors, and maintaining accurate records.
In addition, the Administrative Support professional will be responsible for arranging clinics, booking appointments, and contributing to the ordering of stationery supplies.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
The salary for this role is approximately £23,615 per annum pro rata.
