Job Description:

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Cared for Teams and Young Persons Team at Serfton Council.

Your responsibilities will include minute-taking, managing reports, and offering general administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations within Children's Services.

You will work closely with the team to undertake reception duties, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and provide administrative support, including phone handling, filing, and data management.

Additionally, you will participate in supervision sessions, staff meetings, and ongoing training for professional development.

You will be responsible for ensuring client information is handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and confidentiality regulations.
