Care Coordinator Leader

Athena Healthcare Group is seeking a Care Coordinator Leader to lead their team of Healthcare Assistants and provide person-centred care to residents. The ideal candidate will have relevant medication administration experience, strong communication skills, good leadership skills, and the ability to use initiative.
The Senior Healthcare Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that each individual's right to independence and choice are met, keeping accurate care and medical records, instilling a positive work environment, supporting their care team, and maintaining a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
