Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality clerical services, including typing, data entry, and maintaining filing systems.
- Act as the first point of contact for all telephone enquiries, ensuring effective message management and visitor welcome.
- Liaise with staff, patients, and external agencies to facilitate accurate information sharing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and audio typing experience.
- Prior experience in an office environment and knowledge of office procedures.
