As a financial assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our organisation's finances. You will be responsible for various tasks, including invoice processing, cash transaction monitoring, and report running.
Key Tasks:- Invoice collection and processing
- Cash transaction monitoring and bank reconciliation
- Expense tracking and payment preparation
- Supplier query handling and issue resolution
- Report running and analysis
- Strong understanding of debits and credits
- Experience with sales ledger and purchase ledger systems
- Familiarity with Sage 200/Sage 50 software
- AAT study support
