**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with managing and organizing office files and documents
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Correspond with clients and stakeholders to provide them with necessary information
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Support other staff as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office (outlook, word & excel) and/or other computerized systems for data entry and record keeping is essential
- Strong clerical skills, including filing, organizing, and maintaining records
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
