Lodge Administrator

We are seeking a skilled administrator to support our team at Athena Healthcare Group.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Providing exceptional support to Managers and staff, including arranging meetings and maintaining accurate records.
  • Updating staff files and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
  • Assisting with various paperwork, forms, and online updates as required.
  • Supporting supervision, appraisal, and probation reviews.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven administrative experience.
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft packages.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Ability to use initiative and work independently.
