Lodge Administrator
We are seeking a skilled administrator to support our team at Athena Healthcare Group.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Providing exceptional support to Managers and staff, including arranging meetings and maintaining accurate records.
- Updating staff files and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
- Assisting with various paperwork, forms, and online updates as required.
- Supporting supervision, appraisal, and probation reviews.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven administrative experience.
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft packages.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Ability to use initiative and work independently.
