Lodge Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of Lodge Administrator at Athena Healthcare Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process applicants through the recruitment stages with the Manager
- Arrange meetings, take minutes, and distribute as required
- Keep electronic and paper staff files updated and compliant with CQC regulations
- Assist with various paperwork, forms, and online updates
- Update supervision, appraisal, and probation reviews
About You:
We are looking for an experienced administrator with excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft packages. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills.
