We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our small friendly team in a busy office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, booking jobs with engineers, scheduling appointments, answering calls, and entering data on company databases.

Requirements:
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite
- Good attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
- Previous experience of scheduling would be an advantage
