We are looking for a skilled Support Worker to join our team at an independent SEN school in the Dagenham and Romford area. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping our pupils develop their individual strengths and gain the skills they need to lead fulfilling adult lives. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEMH needs, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. If you have experience with Speech and Language, PECS, or ASC, this would be an added advantage.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £100-£110 per day, plus opportunities to make a positive impact on the lives of our pupils and work in a collaborative and supportive team environment. Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum (£31,500 - £35,400 pro-rata for 37 weeks), based on 3-5 days per week.
