Job Details
• Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:15 PM, Monday to Friday
• Pay: £85-£90 per day (PAYE)

Job Description
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant, you will provide targeted support to students with SEMH needs, encouraging positive engagement and emotional resilience. You will work closely with teaching staff and specialists to develop and implement personalized support plans and behavioural strategies. Your proactive approach will contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment, where every student feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.

You will be responsible for providing one-to-one and small group support to students, using a range of techniques to encourage positive behaviour and build relationships. You will also contribute to the development of individualized education plans and behavioral strategies, working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that every student receives the support they need to succeed.

We are looking for individuals who share our passion for supporting students with SEMH needs, and who have a genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of our students.
