**Job Title:** Learning Support Assistant Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Vision Teaching. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working with pupils in the Additional Resource Provision (ARP) who have Autism Spectrum Conditions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with children, and provide support that is tailored to their individual needs. You will be responsible for assisting teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, observing and assessing children's progress, and providing feedback to parents and teachers.

**Requirements:*
- Qualifications: Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Experience: Previous experience working within an ARP
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of supporting pupils with Autism
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
