Learning and Development Assistant

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students. As a Learning and Development Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students in various specialist areas, including Special Educational Needs and Disability, Early Years, Behaviour, English as an Additional Language, and Assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers to enhance educational outcomes
- Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain expertise in special education
Salary and Benefits:
- Estimated salary: £6.40 per hour
- Flexible schedule with regular working hours of 8:30 - 3:30
