We're seeking a skilled Educational Assistant to join our team as a SEMH Teaching Assistant, who can provide specialized support and foster a positive learning atmosphere. Responsibilities: As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to pupils with SEMH needs, helping them develop essential life skills and confidence. You will also contribute to creating a positive learning atmosphere and assist teachers in implementing lesson plans.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you should have experience working with children or young adults with SEMH needs, preferably in an educational setting. A strong understanding of SEMH principles and practices is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
