About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a full-time Teaching Assistant in Romford. We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting SEN pupils and has a minimum of 1 year's experience in classroom SEN support in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized support to SEN pupils
- Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans
- Communicating effectively with parents and carers to ensure seamless support
