About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Guest Service Assistant to join our team at RBH Hotels UK LTD. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and efficient service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Guest Service Manager and other departments to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service delivery.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and policies to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by participating in team meetings, training sessions, and other activities as required.
