About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Guest Service Assistant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Park Royal. As a key member of our night shift team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the running of night shift tasks, including guest check-in and check-out, room assignments, and key management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Night Manager and Deputy General Manager to ensure the hotel is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Contribute to the security of the hotel at night, ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff.
