Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Agent to join our team at Hotel 41, a luxurious five-star hotel in London. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Manage all guest inquiries and requests, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
  • Itinerary Creation: Create personalized itineraries for guests, including recommendations for local attractions and activities.
  • Room Preparation: Ensure all arrival rooms are fully prepared and meet the guests' preferences.
  • Department Liaison: Liaise with hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Participate in other ad hoc and related projects and tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous Hotel Experience: Proven experience in a hotel environment, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and procedures.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic Personality: A positive and enthusiastic personality, with a 'can-do' attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
