**Job Title:** FMCG Sales Account Manager - Growth Opportunities
**About the role:**
We are excited to partner with a well-known challenger brand, currently experiencing 43% YoY growth. Due to extensive successful growth and an internal promotion, the team is expanding and hiring for a Junior National Account Manager.
This business operates in a growing FMCG category, boasting an excellent reputation for their high-quality, innovative product portfolio, which has allowed them to build strong relationships with top-tier grocers.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience supporting or managing UK Grocery accounts. They must be able to work at pace within a challenger brand environment, possessing an ambitious mindset and a desire to progress within the FMCG industry.
The salary for this position is approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, including 25 holiday days + bank holidays. The company also offers subsidised gym membership and amazing development and progression opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting across a portfolio of top-tier UK Grocery accounts
- Working with the SNAM and Business Unit Head to successfully negotiate JBPs, to meet the business's ambitious goals
- Assisting with P+L management, complete sales reporting and forecasting, working in collaboration with the Category team
