Nursing Home Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Leadership Manager at Kentford Manor, a luxury care home in Suffolk. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care to our residents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in leadership and management. You will be responsible for supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues, and ensuring the highest levels of clinical governance. You will also be responsible for auditing practices and procedures, developing and implementing care plans, and maintaining the highest standards of resident care.
