About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Home Deputy Manager to join our team at Care UK. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager and leading the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deputise for the Home Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless continuity of care and management.
  • Lead a team of nurses and carers, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation in care delivery.
  • Develop and implement care plans, assessments, and audits, maintaining the highest standards of clinical governance.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals, working collaboratively to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of delivering excellent care and managing teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of clinical assessment tools and care planning processes.
