About the Position:
Care UK is seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, while delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and supervise your shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  2. Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  3. Administer and record medication accurately, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
  4. Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
  5. Provide emotional support and assistance with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
  6. Work closely with the leadership team to drive service development and improvement.

Salary and Benefits:
$40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including Wagestream access, Bank Holiday Pay Enhancements, and hundreds of online and in-store discounts through our rewards scheme.
