Job Title: Culinary Director for Residential Care Homes

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Culinary Director to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned chef to lead our culinary operation in one of our care homes, delivering exceptional dining experiences for residents and staff.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the catering team in providing high-quality food services to residents and staff, ensuring a warm and welcoming dining experience.
- Develop and implement menus that cater to various dietary needs and preferences, while maintaining nutritional standards.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, budget management, and staff supervision.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure efficient delivery of orders and maintain stock levels.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in senior culinary roles, preferably in healthcare or residential care settings.
- Proven track record of leading teams and implementing menu development strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
