As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Team Leader to join our team in Newmarket. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example, supporting colleagues, and ensuring the well-being of our incredible Children & Young people.
Estimated Salary: £28,880 - £34,560 per annum
The role involves:
- Meeting the needs of the Children and Young People in line with Ofsted regulations
- Planning team rotas to support the Deputy and home manager in various meetings and appointments
- Assisting the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
- To carry out all other reasonable tasks as directed by the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager
- Supervising in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
- Welcome a diverse culture in the home
- Creating a safe, family environment for the children
Requirements:
You must be 21 due to Ofsted regulations
Driving is essential due to locations of the homes
You must have at least six month's experience in Children's residential care and you must hold a relevant level 3 qualification
