Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Assistant Manager to lead our store team and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and cash handling to maintain efficiency

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail or hospitality experience, with a focus on leadership roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
