Team Lead Supervisor

We are seeking an exceptional Shift Leadership Specialist to join our team at Starbucks. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring seamless service delivery and driving sales growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of baristas and shift leaders to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and store appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accuracy in sales transactions
- Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized condition
- Supervise and train staff members to meet performance expectations
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a shift supervisor or in a leadership role within the food service industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Benefits:
