Job Description:

As a Dispatch Centre Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our dispatch operations team, ensuring the efficient and timely coordination of our engineers/partners across the UK.

You will oversee the daily activities of our engineers/partners, manage schedules, and facilitate clear and effective communication between dispatchers, engineers/clients, and other departments.

This role requires a natural leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in managing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise the dispatch team.
  • Dispatch Operations: Oversee the dispatching of engineers/partners.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between dispatchers, engineers/clients, and other departments.
  • Scheduling: Manage schedules to ensure optimal utilization of resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, management).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of dispatch operations, project management, or a related field is an asset.

What We Offer:

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience.

Location: Various locations across the UK.

Estimated Salary Range: £52,500 - £62,500 per annum based on market conditions and location.
