Adult Community Pathway Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced consultant psychiatrist to join our Adult Community Pathway Team in Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of mental health services in our area, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and develop new initiatives to improve services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with complex mental illnesses, using evidence-based approaches and staying up-to-date with best practices.
  2. Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including GPs, social workers, and allied health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  3. Contribute to the development of our education and training programs, sharing your expertise with junior medical staff and helping to shape the next generation of mental health professionals.
What We Offer
  • An attractive salary of £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including contributory pension, redundancy, paid annual leave, sick leave, and maternity leave.
  • Dedicated SPA time of up to 25% of working hours, paid study leave (on application and approval), and access to £2000 per annum professional development budget.
  • Ongoing support and development opportunities, including regular appraisals and revalidation completed by the Trust.
