The Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Residential Care Leader to lead our newly established multi-site CAMHS children’s residential home. As a Mental Health Home Specialist, you will work closely with the Regional Manager to implement the home’s Statement of Purpose and ensure exceptional outcomes for children.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementing the home's Statement of Purpose and ensuring exceptional outcomes for children
- Leading a multi-site CAMHS children’s residential home
- Collaborating with the Regional Manager to achieve goals and objectives
What We Offer
