About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team in Newmarket, Suffolk.
As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable adults in their own homes, providing high-quality care and promoting independence.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with colleagues, and have a passion for delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks and personal care needs.
- Assisting with household chores and maintaining a safe living environment.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to service users.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
