About the Role:

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, while also leading and supervising your shift with confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise your shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Administer and record medication accurately, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
- Provide emotional support and assistance with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
- Work closely with the leadership team to drive service development and improvement.

About You:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in IT systems.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate others, with experience in administering medication or willingness to undertake training.
- Good understanding of care planning processes and commitment to delivering person-centered care.
