Job Description
  • Nursing Care: Provide individualized nursing care to residents, adhering to established policies, physician orders, and resident plans of care.
  • Care Planning: Identify resident needs and develop, implement, and maintain appropriate care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Leadership: Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Practical Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Experience in geriatric care, with a focus on resident-centered care.
