Job Description- Nursing Care: Provide individualized nursing care to residents, adhering to established policies, physician orders, and resident plans of care.
- Care Planning: Identify resident needs and develop, implement, and maintain appropriate care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Leadership: Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Diploma in Practical Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Experience in geriatric care, with a focus on resident-centered care.
