Clinical Nurse Manager Position

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team as Clinical Lead Nurse Manager. This is a fixed-term position for 12 months maternity cover or return of the post holder.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our nursing team, working closely with senior management to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures. You will also be involved in developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and referral partners.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care and maintain high clinical standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Registered Veterinary Nurse with leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining high clinical standards.
- Estimated salary of £35,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
