We are seeking an experienced RVN to join our team as a Clinical Lead Nurse Manager in Newmarket, Suffolk. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing an RVN team, with a strong focus on providing high-quality patient care.

This is a fixed-term position for 12 months maternity cover or return of the post holder. As a Clinical Lead Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that patients receive the best possible care, while also providing leadership and support to the nursing team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including veterinarians, clients, and other healthcare professionals. A salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience) reflects the importance of this role in maintaining our high standards of clinical excellence.
