Role Overview

A dynamic and ambitious nursing professional is required to take on the challenging role of Senior Clinical Lead at Care UK. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care, ensuring that all residents receive personalized attention and support.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals, working collaboratively to achieve outstanding outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans, assessments, and audits, maintaining the highest standards of clinical governance.
Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of delivering excellent care and managing teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of clinical assessment tools and care planning processes.
