Clinical Nursing Team Leader

Job Description:
As Clinical Nursing Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of experienced Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs) in a dynamic and supportive environment.
You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for nursing and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of RVNs to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) qualification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
