Lida Vets New Market is a busy small animal first opinion practice in the centre of Newmarket, Suffolk. We have a team of 7 RVNs, 4 Veterinary Surgeons, and 5 Client Care colleagues. We work alongside in-house specialists which consist of a cardiologist, ophthalmologist, and an orthopaedic surgeon.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to act as Clinical Nursing Manager (CNM) to our friendly and experienced team. This is a fixed term position for 12 months maternity cover or return of the post holder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic, professional, and operational leadership to the nursing team across the practice
- Ensure that patients are managed as effectively as possible from a nursing perspective to support the growth of the practice
- Maintain a happy, efficient working environment while ensuring practice policies and group policies are adhered to at all times
- Provide outstanding patient and client care
