Senior Learning Disability Nursing Position

Practice Plus Group has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Learning Disability Nurse to join our Mental Health team at HMP Highpoint in Suffolk.
Job DescriptionThe role involves working with adults with learning disabilities who have come into contact with the criminal justice system. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality nursing service and working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to provide person-centred care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and developing care plans for individuals with learning disabilities
- Delivering a range of interventions to promote positive behaviour change
- Collaborating with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes
