Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our busy practice at Vetisco. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in both ward and theatre settings, with a focus on developing their skills in theatre-based nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care in ward and theatre settings
  • Develop skills in theatre-based nursing, monitoring sedation and anaesthesia, surgical preparation, and accurate record-keeping
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and high-quality patient outcomes
  • Participate in the Bank Holiday rota and 1:4 weekend rota working in wards where Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) is provided
